Spa Policies

  • Payment is expected at time of service.

  • If your form of payment is a gift card or gift certificate it must be surrendered at time of service.
  • Gratuities are not included in prices listed.

  • Cancellations not received 24 hours prior to the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of service(s) scheduled. (Gift certificates & gift cards will be charged the fee.)

  • Clients scheduling multiple service packages or groups with multiple people will be required to pay a credit card deposit of 50% of the price of the service(s) scheduled at booking. If the package/party is canceled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, the card (or gift certificate) will be charged the full amount of the service(s) scheduled.

  • Management may refuse service to anyone.

  • Rates and services offered are subject to change without notice.

  • Returned checks subject to a $30.00 fee.

  • Returned product is exchanged for store credit only within 30 days.

  • Gift certificate and gift card values may only be exchanged for service or product. Cash refunds will not be made. 

  • Expired gift certificates may be extended with prior management approval and by paying any difference in price should prices increase after the original expiration date on the certificate.

  • Complimentary snacks and beverages are always available to all or our guests. HOWEVER, we are unable to offer alcoholic beverages to our steam and massage guests.

  • Lunch may be ordered with any service or package for an additional charge. .
